Cocksock grew up with his single mother until the very end, where he ended up committing suicide by OD. All his life was a lie, trying to be better than someone he didn't even know. He hated him. DESPISED his non-substance. He came to Hell and so found the source of his distress: his long lost older brother, Mankini....And instantly tried to prove himself worthy of his greatness. Mankini denies his very existence and refuses to believe they're related, mostly because he never KNEW he existed in the first place and the kid is clingy and overpossesive.
Cocksock gets very jealous of anyone who even breathes the same air as Mankini and will try to steal that air. He's especially jealous of Slippers for being Mankini's surrogate little brother. He considers him a rival for his affections. As for anyone else, he'll try to get the "Mankini cooties" off of them and onto him, which would include rubbing/smelling/eating wherever he touched. Don't even TALK about Fishnet to him. Just... Don't go there.
He's slightly OCD, being related to Mankini, but he's not as crazy when it comes to organization. He likes to act tough, but he doesn't have the balls to do anything about it, getting him into trouble. He's also overly dramatic when it comes to things, often blowing them way out of proportion.

Unlike Mankini, he's interested in both boys and girls, having died in the experimental stage of his life. Either way, he'd be considered the "uke" with both genders, but in a more "yandere" sense. Probably because he's been called "effeminate" and mistaken as a girl a good portion of his life.
He shares his brother's interest in children, but more for little girls than boys. His Loli fetish is uncontrollable, as is Mankini's shota fetish.
